    PFD's Peanut Butter Squares

I just whipped these up after I got back home from work today. They are Delicious!!!!

1/2 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine
    2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Cups Peanut Butter (i prefer crunchy)
    3/4 Cup Dry Powdered milk
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ (this is optional - Thickens the mix a bit - I use it if I have it on hand)

Add all content to a large mixing bowl and thoroughly blend it all together leaving no obvious lumps of anything. It will be like brown paste when ready.
Spread it all into a 9"x13" cake pan. Mash it down tightly in the pan. Should be just under a 1/2" thick and mostly level

Slowly melt 3/4 cup of Semi-sweet Chocolate chips (you can add a little paraffin so chocolate stays firmer - I don't)
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the tops. It will cool fast, so work steadily.

Chill for about 10- 15 minutes, then slice into approx. twenty, 2" sections. Re-chill until chocolate fully sets and hardens.

Serves 1.. So hide it between eatings.
